GOTHAM, NY — The restaurant is closing its doors, but the city’s first cookbook still has its name on it.
Gotham’s first official cookbook is the official cookbooks of the Gotham Steel, a family-run restaurant.
The book is called Gotham Steel , and it has an official cook, Tony, a.k.a.
The book will be available for preorder at the Gotham Armory at 10 a.m. today.
It’s a limited edition, so only one copy is available.
You’ll have to get a second order to get the full version.
The cookbook has been around for decades and is considered one of the citys most authentic recipes.
We don,t use the term “chef” in our menus anymore, said Gotham Steel owner Tony Villere, who founded the restaurant in 1978.
But that’s what Lex Steel is here to bring to Gotham Steel.
“He’s not a chef, but he’s got a lot of knowledge,” Villera said.
“And that knowledge is very important to me.
I think that when we start to have a chef-driven restaurant, that’s when we will start to see a chef as an integral part of the menu.”
We can be chef-led, but that doesn’t mean we have to be chef, either,” he added.
You can find the book on Amazon, but you can also find the cookbook on the website.
